A spokesman for China’s Southern Theater of Operations said in a statement that the US has seriously undermined regional peace and stability. The US has deliberately interfered in the South China Sea and grossly violated China’s sovereignty.

A Chinese military spokesman said the US ship was being tracked and monitored. He remarked that the troops of China’s Southern Theater of Operations are always on high alert to firmly protect national sovereignty.
