Awami League candidate Mahbub-ul Alam Hanif said that the country has moved forward after the Awami League government came to power. There is no alternative to a boat to strengthen the hand of Bangabandhu’s daughter Sheikh Hasina and to continue the development and progress of the country.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the road meeting organized on the occasion of the upcoming 12th national parliament election at Jhowdia Union in Kushtia on Saturday (December 23) noon.
The joint general secretary of Awami League said that no one can say that anyone in the area has suffered because of Awami League. If someone can say that, then I will leave politics. No need to do politics. Because the aim of my politics is to develop the country, welfare of the people, peace. If I can’t do that, then what’s the point of politics?
He further said that after I was elected as a Member of Parliament, my aim was to develop Kushtia and eliminate terrorism. Terrorism has been eradicated. If there are some splashes it will also be eliminated in the coming days. The dream of building a better Kushtia has not yet been fulfilled. Still 6-7 projects are in the pipeline. If these are implemented, the face of Kushtia will change in the next four-five years. Everyone’s cooperation is needed to build advanced and modern Kushtia.
