Khadijatul Kubra, a student of Jagannath University, sat directly in the examination hall after being released from prison. Khadija was released from the Kashimpur Central Women’s Jail in Gazipur around 9 am on Monday (November 20).

Immediately after his release, he left for Dhaka. At 11:07 am he entered through the main gate of Jagannath University and went to the examination hall and took his seat.

Khadija is a 2019-20 academic year student of Political Science Department of Jagannath University. However, he is taking re-admission exams in 2020-21 session. The exam starts at 10 am. The exam will end at 1 pm. After 1 hour and 7 minutes he sat in the exam hall to take the exam.

Confirming the matter, Noorana, assistant professor of the political science department of the university, who is in charge of monitoring the exam, said, “Khadija is giving the exam.” We will try so that he can return to normal life.

Incidentally, the police filed two separate cases under the Digital Security Act against Khadijatul Kubra and retired Major Delwar Hossain in Kalabagan and Newmarket police stations in October 2020 for allegedly spreading anti-government statements online and tarnishing the image of Bangladesh. He was arrested on August 27, 2022 after filing the charge sheet in the case.
