Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina said, this victory is not mine, this victory is the victory of the people. This election is a turning point for the country’s democracy.
He said this during an exchange of views with local and foreign observers and journalists at Ganobhaban on Monday (January 8) after the absolute victory of the 12th National Assembly elections.
Sheikh Hasina also said that this election is a landmark event for the country’s democracy. Communication system will be improved. After Digital Bangladesh, the aim is to build Smart Bangladesh. Not a single person of Bangladesh will remain poor. We will create employment for every person. Fundamental rights of people will be further guaranteed.
Nobel laureate Dr. When asked about the sentence of Muhammad Yunus, he said, Dr. I am not responsible for Yunus’s sentence, it is a matter for the Labor Court.
