Meteorological department said that light to drizzle may occur in four parts of the country including Dhaka. Apart from this, the weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies elsewhere in the country. The agency says that there has been little rain in Mongla in the last 24 hours.

Meteorological department says that mild cold current is flowing over a total of 18 districts including Kishoreganj and Chuadanga districts and 8 districts of Rangpur division and 8 districts of Rajshahi division and it may subside from some places. Apart from this, the day temperature may decrease slightly across the country today but the night temperature may increase slightly. Moderate to dense fog is expected across the country today from midnight to morning and may continue till afternoon at some places. However, air traffic, inland waterway transport and road connectivity may be disrupted due to dense fog.
