Nobel laureate economist Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus will appear in court today (November 9). He is scheduled to appear at the Labor Court at around 11:30 a.m. to defend himself in the case of violation of labor laws.
His lawyer Abdullah Al Mamun said that since Thursday is the day of defense in Article 342, so Dr. Yunus will appear in court. However, the Directorate of Factories and Establishments was not able to prove the case.
In this case of violation of labor law, the testimony and interrogation of 4 witnesses have already been completed.
