On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, BNP leaders and activists are forming a human chain in the capital. The program started in front of the National Press Club at around 10:55 am on Sunday (December 10).
Law and order forces have created a tight security zone around the press club and surrounding areas around the human chaining program of BNP. Police water cannon and APC have also been kept ready. Besides, there were members of various law and order forces in white clothes. Law and order forces are on alert to deal with any situation.
BNP Standing Committee member Begum Selima Rahman is presiding over the human bond.
Advisor to BNP Chairperson Zainul Abedin Farooq, Co-Editor of Information and Research Affairs Quader Gani Chowdhury, Co-Editor of Office Taiful Islam Tipu, Executive Committee Member Nazim Uddin Alam, Mahila Dal President Afroza Abbas and others participated in the human chain.
