Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that BNP feels more comfortable to complain to foreigners than to the people. He made this comment at an exchange meeting with journalists at Daganbhuiya in Feni on Monday (February 26) afternoon.
He also said that BNP will have to pay for the mistake of not participating in the election by failing the movement. They will soon realize how narrow they have become in politics.
He said that there will be no party symbols in the upazila elections. We are not nominating anyone from the party. Everything is open. How will the election be if it is open? National elections have been completed with independence. There was no crisis in the election. And those who will criticize, they will do. It will be done in the country and abroad.
Meanwhile, the bridge minister said that the Dhaka-Chittagong highway will have six lanes for the time being. May have to think about further enhancements in the future.
