Today is the 95th birthday of late former president and founding chairman of Jatiya Party Hussain Muhammad Ershad. On March 20, 1930, the former successful president, founding chairman of Jatiya Party, Hussain Muhammad Ershad was born in a family home known as ‘Lal Dalan’ Bari’ in Kurigram city. The party will hold various programs on the occasion of the day.
Wreath-laying at the portrait of Hussain Muhammad Ershad installed at the central office of the party at Kakrail at 8 am, recitation of the Holy Quran throughout the day at the central office and Bad Ashar prayer and Milad Mahfil. Besides, a discussion meeting and prayer ceremony will be held at 2 pm on this day in the Banani office auditorium of the party chairman.
Chairman of Jatiya Party and opposition leader of Jatiya Sangsad GM Quader MP, Secretary General of the party and Chief Whip of Jatiya Sangsad. Top party leaders including Mujibul Haque Chunnu MP will be present.
