Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) said that metro rail will run full time on Uttara-Motijheel route from next Saturday (January 20).
Managing Director (MD) of the company, MAN Chiddik, gave this information at a press conference organized at Pravasi Kalyan Bhawan, Iskaton, capital, on Thursday (January 18) afternoon.
He also said that from January 20, metro rail will run from 7:10 am to 8:40 pm through all stations from Uttara to Motijheel.
At present, metro trains are running from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm in Uttara-Agargaon section. And on the Uttara-Motijheel route, it runs from 7:30 am to 11:30 pm.
