Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that when Awami League came to power, the people developed. BNP’s job is to destroy. BNP stands for terrorist activities, burning people with fire. Killing people is their only quality. Their job is to burn people with fire. There is no other quality.
He said this at the divisional meeting of Awami League organized at Khulna Circuit House ground on Monday (November 13) afternoon.
The Prime Minister said that the country is developing because there is democracy. Khaleda Zia came to power and closed the port of Mongla. Awami League came to power and started again.
Addressing BNP, Sheikh Hasina said, elections are ahead. They want to create an unusual situation with this election. They are conspiring not to allow the election. My request to you is that if anyone wants to kill or set people on fire, burn their hands. You have seen how the police were beaten to death on October 28. Fainted and did not leave. Earlier, he inaugurated 24 development projects in Khulna and laid the foundation stone of five projects at Circuit House ground in Khulna at 3:15 pm.
