Zionist Israel has carried out airstrikes on several positions in Syria. Occupying forces inside Syria have renewed their attacks as Israel’s barbaric aggression continues in the besieged Palestinian Gaza Strip, killing thousands of women, children and the elderly.
Apartheid Israel’s military said in a statement that some of its warplanes attacked various infrastructures in Syria this morning (Sunday).
Israeli forces claimed that they launched airstrikes inside Syria after several rockets were fired from Syria at the occupied Golan Heights. The Israeli army said that the rockets fired from Syria landed in the open.
It is not known what kind of damage was caused inside Syria by the Israeli airstrikes and whether there were any casualties.
Earlier, citing several sources, the Lebanese Arabic-language television channel Al-Mayadeen reported that Israel’s artillery unit fired seven rounds in the Wadi-al Yarmouk area of Syria’s southwestern Daraa province.
